The pizza is good. Sufficient amount of cheese, sauce has right amount of tang and crust light and chewy. The cheesesteak is very good. And the portion is huge. They don't skimp on the ingredients.

When I first tried this place it was decent a few years ago. It's gotten terrible. The steak on the cheesesteak has a weird texture almost like paper. They used to have ocean fries, but last time I ordered it was just regular fries which weren't good. The service is slow, probably because the same people are running J and J next door. I found another sub shop down the road. I'm done eating here.

Kind of a hit or miss. The cheesesteaks and crab fries are GREAT with generous portions. It takes me 2 different times to finish one sub since it's so packed. (I only get the regular subs, I shudder to think what would happen if I got their specialty subs)Their customer service is a little lacking, and if you order delivery, make sure you check the food when it get it as sometimes they make mistakes.

Use to be great, quality food, stuffed subs, and timely delivery. That's all down the tubes, delivery is slow, rude and they skimp on the amount of meats in the sub now..

Slowest delivery I have ever experienced! I called at 6:04pm finished the call at 6:08pm received food 7:40pm. I only ordered a cheesesteak and fries. The service sucks! They hung up when I called to be sure the food was still on the way to my residence. The food was decent. I will not order from this place again!

We ordered two cheesesteak subs ....one of which i asked specifically for them to use american cheese ....and they used provolone...also ordered a piece of chocolate cake for my daughter which we didn't get at all but for some reason we got a soda? When I called back and told them they acted like they didn't even care and tried to tell me I didn't pay for the cake when I know I did. Awful service, won't ever use them again.

I love the cheese steaks. I love the chicken next door. I despise that -twice- I've ordered online during open evening hours and no one was there. Open til 11pm on a Saturday night has got to be a joke. Most recently, last weekend, ordered online and nothing showed up & no call. I'm still waiting for EatStreet to credit my card back, but have to wait 3-5 business days. Food is good, but not worth the bullshit. I'd rather give the $30+ order to an establishment that wants it.

The BIG Cheese! I ordered here philly cheese steak sub, service was very good and polite, but cashier didn't give me option of different cheese steaks they offer or what size i would like to get or what i want on my sub... My sub was ready in 10 min, but the bread wasn't toasted or anything however it wasn't cold either! Nothing was impressive, next time I would take a look at the menu before i walk to place my order!

This sub, pizza, stromboli and chicken shack is called "The Big Cheese" because they offer and apply generous amounts of cheese to most of their menu items and most of them feature cheese. The menu consists of 9 and 12 inch subs like a normal sub shop. An idea of what subs they serve are: 4 and 6 cheeses cheesesteak, crab meat on your cheesesteak, or bacon, egg omelet and even Italian sausage; turkey subs, cold cuts, veal parmesan, blt, tuna, ham, etc...They have crazy pizza too, such as the mexican pizza, seafood, shrimp pizza, soy cheese, buffalo chicken, etc...The huge menu also has stromboli, ribs, salads, buffalo wings, quesadillas, chicken tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, etc.... I really enjoy their cheesesteaks and they remind me of the good places you find in the city. The cheesesteaks are never too greasy but you still get a good flavor. They always pack their cheesesteaks with mounds of meat so you don't have to ever ask for an overstuffed cheesesteak. The sub roll is soft and not dry and can withstand the heat and minimal grease from the meat and cheese. I love the varieties and combinations of things that they offer because some cheesesteak places shy away from those weird combos. Try them and see if they are not greasy enough for you or just right. And I've had a cheesesteak with the bacon and it was real bacon just chopped up to go into the sub. It was good too! Their cheesesteaks are around $8 and up depending which GIANT you order but it really is worth is compared to ALLLLLL of the sub/pizza cheesesteak spots in the Owings Mills area. You see the pictures posted.....Most places don't give you half as much meat as I've received.

Great food; especially cheesesteaks. However this is not enough to make up for multiple orders of 2-3 basic items taking 2 hours from prep to delivery. We 'took a break' from this place before because of the insane delivery times and we are going to again for a few months. Great quality and horrendous delivery does not a good establishment make!

Pizza is great but don't expect it delivered within the hour. Order early! Also, one time we ordered there was a suspicious $8 charge that we had to call and have removed.

People....PLease never order from this place. The is OK but the owner is a complete D-Bad with no business sense, customer service skills or urgency to resolve lengthy delays,. It takes FOREVER for them to deliver and when you call to inquire you are treated with this indignant crap. Let's do this guy a favor and send him into another line of work because restaurateur - not in a million years. I would sooner let a chimp try and concoct a pizza then try and order here again. Then again I like to have a meal within 2 hours of when I plan it.

As far as the food goes, it's good. However, their service is awful. My boyfriend ordered 2 salads 2 hours ago. Called the restaurant and they said the driver just left and should be there in 20 mins. It shouldn't take 2.5 hours for 2 salads. That's ridiculous! Never ordering from here again. While the good is good, it's not great and not worth waiting 2.5 hours for.

This place has really good food. We order delivery from here about once a month. The cheesesteaks are HUGE and they def come with enough meat and cheese. The wings are pretty good too. I've only had the pizza from here once, but I really liked it. Salads are fresh and come with a ton of toppings. Delivery usually takes about 1 - 1.5 hours, which is pretty long imo, but def worth the wait. Also, I am happy to say that we have never received an incorrect order from this place, which can be easy to do when you get delivery. Only reason this doesnt get 5 stars is the delivery time and the guys who answer the phone arent really that nice. Great food though!

I really enjoy the friendliness and customer service of the staff/owners. However, I think the food could be a bit better. I had the cheesesteak, pizza, fries, and wings, all of which were overcooked. The cheesesteak sandwich is made with soft, bakery fresh bread which reminds me of steak sandwiches back home (Philly). The sandwich was loaded with a great amount of meat but the meat was void of any juices. It almost made me think the meat was precooked and reheated which made for a great rubberband sandwich. The wings were a decent size and the seasoning was average but once again, the wings were very dry. The fries would have been good if they had not been greasy. You get a good amount of fries though and they still had skins which I like. The pizza tasted ok but the dough was extremely chewy as if someone was working it way too long. I think this place has great potential if they would pay attention to minor details. Great customer service goes a long way but the food has to cover the rest.

If you're looking for a good, unneat, ginormous cheesesteak, you won't fail by coming here. I'm really picky about my cheesesteak, and I appreciated this place. The fries were good too.

Food no longer good!...We have been ordering from here for years, ever since we moved in, and always have had great food. We ordered tonight 8-30-2013, and the cheesesteak was rubbery, and the mozzarella sticks were utterly disguising...it sucks, we were on a first name basis with the owner, and after tonight, I'm sticking with either Pizza Bolis, or Brookside....trust me, skip the food here.......:(

Ordered from here 2 or 3 times. Pizza is fine, BLT sub was blehhh... it was really, really annoying that they used bacon bits, basically, instead of strips of bacon. Turkey sub is fine and my boyfriend is a fan of the cheesesteaks. I keep going back because they have really, really awesome corn nuggets. Ocean fries are good as well.

The Big Cheese is a great local pizza and sub shop. The pizza's they make have an excellent crust and out of this world marinara sauce. They offer basically any size pizza you would ever need, from 12" to 24". The cheese steaks they make are amazing as well. Mammoth amounts of steak, and a ton of different varieties. Their specialty "Big Cheese" cheese steaks all come with fries, and they're pretty good. If you're looking to eat in, they have a few tables and chairs set up, but it's nothing special. Delivery can sometimes take a while, so we usually go pick up.
